Breathing meditation
At this point we are suggesting a breathing meditation. It is five by five breathing sequences that can be carried out as follows:
Sitting up straight; taking a deep and calm breath, deep into your pelvic base;
Holding the good breath in your lower belly and tense it – in this short phase of tensing I am visualising my personal imagination of peace/maybe a scene from my past/maybe a situation which I wish very much/maybe quite another matter that I am linking with peace;
Breathing out slowly with a short interbreath if I will need the air.
This I will repeat five by five times and take my fingers to count.
